NexRobo: A System Integrator of Industrial Robots and Industrial IOT Solution provider
Among the few difficulties that plague the robotics space in India, the crucial ones are the high cost of implementation, availability of robotics experts, and feasible robotics solution to complex processes. Coalescing both industrial IoT solutions and the robotic engineering services, Jain contemplates fabricating IoRT (Internet of Robotic Things). He stresses, “Combining the two technologies will allow easy extraction of data from robots and sending it to the cloud for real-time monitoring.” Functionalities like online reporting, real-time monitoring, and preventive maintenance have today become requisites for manufacturers. Considering the critical functionalities, NexRobo offers manufacturing automation applications.

The solutions replace the manual reporting of parameters and provide online reporting of data recordings which can be accessed through any mobile device. They allow real-time monitoring of variables like temperature, pressure or voltage and send it to the concerned department. The preventive maintenance solutions can sense any breakdown in industrial robot or machines and send alerts via SMS or Email.
Amongst the company’s expansive clientele is one of India’s largest bottle manufacturers. Having to invest significant time in manually handling the manufactured bottles, the client wanted to adopt a robotics solution to improve productivity. In order to help the bottle manufacturer, NexRobo coordinated with several ‘gripper’ manufacturers in getting the right solution for its client. Integrating a ‘gripper’, NexRobo brought in a solution that can pick 300 bottles at a time and place them safely in a tray, reducing the human toil and enhancing the efficiency of the company.
Apart from its industrial IoT and robot engineering services, NexRobois also selling a telepresence robot— Padbot. The telepresence robot is an efficient home and business tool. Used as a video conferencing gadget, it connects people virtually in their physical absence.
The company is relatively new in the market as compared to its competitors, but it is led by a team of well-experienced engineers and designers who are committed to bringing innovation to the industry. Currently, catering to the Singapore and Indian sub-continent markets, NexRobo plans to expand its footprint into the rest of the Asia Pacific region in the near future.
